For most, breathing is an easy and natural part of life. But it takes intentionality to embrace the healing and therapeutic potential of breathing to transform your life. Research shows that breathwork is a fundamental and practical way to improve health and overall well-being. 

Our bodies and minds yearn for stillness and the need to functionally breathe. 

We take 18,000 to 25,000 breaths per DAY. If we take the majority of these consciously or train our body to breathe optimally positive results can occur.
