These sessions are designed to help you feel better, breathe better, and walk away with simple tools you can use anywhere — at work, at home, or before bed.

In each class, we’ll explore gentle breathing techniques and stretches that calm the body, steady the mind, and restore balance.
You’ll leave feeling more relaxed, clear, and in control of your energy.
Schedule and Registration
The first session takes place on Monday, November 11, and ongoing sessions will be held on the second Monday of each month.
You can register for one session or sign up for multiple dates if you’d like to continue building your practice over time.
Each session requires its own registration, and space is limited to eight participants.
