Built for the people responsible for wellbeing

Your team knows they're stressed. Knowing isn't the problem.

Most employees don't need another talk about stress — they need something they can actually do about it, during real workdays, between real meetings.

That's what breathing training offers: tools that take one to three minutes, work at a desk, require no equipment or fitness level, and hold up under pressure. Sessions are grounded in physiology, delivered plainly, and designed for skeptics in the room.

What your organization can expect

Immediately usable tools

Employees leave with techniques they can use the same afternoon — before a difficult call, between meetings, at the end of a hard day.

Inclusive by design

Every exercise works seated, in office clothes, at any fitness level.

Flexible formats

Lunch-and-learn, 60-minute interactive workshop, conference breakout, leadership session, or a multi-session program that builds habits over weeks.

Professional, practical, and easy to implement

Every workshop is tailored to your team, with clear objectives, defined outcomes, and practical education grounded in functional breathing.

How a workshop runs

  1. Scope

A short call to understand your goals, group size, and format — and to tailor examples to your team's actual working day.

  2. Deliver

An interactive session mixing plain-language education with guided practice: how breathing and stress connect, what dysfunctional patterns look like, and tools matched to workday moments.

  3. Follow through

Participants leave with a simple recap of techniques. Multi-session programs build on each session to turn tools into habits.

In their words

Doing Breathwork with Louise was literally a breath of fresh air. I did not realize how much I needed it until I felt my muscles relax, my mind go to a peaceful place, and my skin literally tingle. I was nervous to start, but that quickly went away with Louise’s patient and calm demeanor. She gave clear instructions and after only 30 minutes, I felt cleansed and like a new person. Louise gave me some very practical tips on how to incorporate Breathwork into my busy life, to improve my life. You are a lifesaver, Louise! Looking forward to working with you again very soon.

Louise is an amazing Breathwork facilitator and was an integral part of our relationship’s success while we were separated due to pandemic border closures. Each breathing session was uniquely attuned to our specific needs and further strengthened our connection during a very difficult time. We feel extremely lucky to have worked with such a highly competent and intuitive individual.
