BreathCoach.ca is operated by FreshFit Inc., based in Oakville, Ontario, Canada.
Our services
We provide functional breathing coaching, assessments, workshops, and educational programs for individuals, groups, and organizations.
Services may be offered online, in person, or on site at a client or partner location.
Educational services, not medical care
Breath coaching is educational wellness support. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, psychotherapy, physiotherapy, or emergency care. It is not a replacement for care from a physician or another qualified healthcare professional.
No particular result or outcome is guaranteed.
You are responsible for deciding whether a service or breathing practice is appropriate for you. Please consult a healthcare professional before participating if you are pregnant or have a heart, lung, blood pressure, neurological, fainting, seizure-related, or other relevant health concern.
Practise within your own limits. Stop any exercise that causes pain, significant dizziness, distress, or unusual symptoms and seek appropriate medical care when needed.
Bookings and payment
Prices are listed in Canadian dollars and are subject to HST where applicable. Prices may change, but changes will not affect services that have already been purchased.
Payment requirements and any package conditions will be provided at the time of booking.
Cancellations and rescheduling
At least 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an individual appointment.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed appointments, may be charged in full or counted as a session used. Exceptions may be made for emergencies at our discretion.
Workshop and corporate cancellation terms will be included in the applicable proposal or service agreement.
Any rights available to you under Ontario consumer protection law continue to apply.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information that may be relevant to your participation and to follow reasonable safety instructions.
You remain responsible for your own health decisions, actions, and use of any practices taught through our services.
