Group Breathwork at The Shores
Take an hour to pause, reset, and reconnect with your breath.
These sessions are designed to help you feel better, breathe better, and walk away with simple tools you can use anywhere, whether that’s at work, at home, or before bed.
Most people don’t realize how much their breathing changes when they’re stressed, tired, or anxious. Small shifts can affect energy, focus, sleep, and mood. In each class, you’ll explore gentle breathing techniques and stretches that calm the body, steady the mind, and restore balance.
You’ll leave feeling more relaxed, clear, and in control of your energy.
Each class has a slightly different focus, but every session is designed to help you understand your breathing, build awareness, and leave with tools that support everyday life.
Schedule and Registration
Except for the first session, classes take place on the second Monday of each month and are open to all experience levels. Each session requires its own registration, and space is limited to eight participants.

What to Expect
Each session is 60 minutes and combines guided breathing, gentle movement, and education to help you understand how your breathing patterns affect your body and mind.
You’ll learn techniques that improve focus, energy, and calm, while giving your body and nervous system a chance to reset.
Every session is guided and beginner-friendly, with time at the end to rest before heading home. People often describe leaving class feeling lighter, clearer, and more at ease.
What to Bring and Do Before
Wear something comfortable, that lets you move and breathe with ease
A yoga mat, and a small pillow or blanket, will help you relax during the session
Have water nearby, if you’d like
Try to avoid a heavy meal for about an hour beforehand; a light snack 30 min prior is fine, if you need something
Arrive a few minutes early, to settle in and get comfortable in the yoga room
The session is gentle and guided, with time at the end to rest before heading home
